Our commitment

Rebounce is a matchmaking app for adults aged 18 and above only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This policy applies to all users, profiles, photos, messages and any other content on Rebounce.


What is strictly prohibited

  • Use of Rebounce by anyone under 18
  • Creating, sharing, requesting or storing CSAM
  • Grooming: building contact with a minor for sexual purposes
  • Sexual or romantic contact, or attempts to meet, with anyone under 18
  • Sexualised content, comments or images involving minors, including drawn or AI-made content
  • Sextortion or threats involving minors
  • Child trafficking or offering minors for sexual purposes
  • Lying about age to join or stay on the app

How we prevent it

  • Date of birth is required at signup, and users under 18 are not allowed to register
  • The app is listed on Google Play as 18+ only, with minor access restricted
  • Automated and manual review of profile photos
  • Automated checks on profile text and messages for harmful content
  • Our team removes accounts suspected to belong to minors

How to report

  • In the app: open any profile or chat → Block or report user → Child safety concern
  • By email: childsafety@getrebounce.in
  • Child safety reports are given top priority.

What we do when we find it

  • Remove the content immediately
  • Permanently ban the account and block re-registration where possible
  • Preserve evidence as required by law
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the relevant Indian authorities as required by law, and cooperate with law enforcement
